Ross Blair has a master's degree in history from the University of Virginia, and bachelor's degrees in history and mechanical engineering from the University of California, Irvine. He has been advising at Auburn since 2015, and prior to that taught and advised at a small university in the North Carolina mountains. When not working with students, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, who is a history faculty member, and his two children.
